(March 14\u201316, 2026)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This three-day training focuses on three key modules identified through a prior training needs assessment and approved by the institution. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Criminal procedure process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forensic and digital evidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional ethics of prosecutors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the program, it was noted that the Ministry of Justice has been continuously providing training aligned with institutional needs by conducting training needs assessments to enhance staff capacity. This effort plays a significant role in improving employees\u2019 legal awareness and overall work performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the technical content, participants are also receiving extensive training on <strong>adult learning methodologies (Adult Training Methods)<\/strong>. This will enable trainers to apply effective teaching approaches when delivering future training to federal and regional prosecutors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary objective of the program is to build a pool of competent trainers who can deliver large-scale training to federal and regional prosecutors based on the developed modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was also emphasized that, since the justice sector fundamentally depends on human resources, professionals working in the sector must receive continuous and progressive training.
